MY REASON

I’ve experienced both sides of the fitness industry first hand. The discipline that builds strength and the extremes that quietly break you down. For years, I believed more intensity meant better results. Real progress happens when discipline is paired with proper fuel, recovery, and emotional resilience. When you address the whole system, everything changes.
Cultivate was built to bridge that gap. Where women can train hard, build confidence, and pursue real results without sacrificing their long-term health.


Hi, I'm Casey

My journey into health and fitness began through my own struggles with disordered eating, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, skin and digestive issues, and a complicated relationship with my body. What started as restrictive eating and over-exercising in an attempt to control my body and mind eventually led to burnout, hormonal dysfunction, and years of secondary amenorrhea.
Through bodybuilding, I discovered the power of strength training, discipline, and pushing my limits — and I still believe in challenging yourself. But I also learned firsthand how overtraining, under-fueling, and ignoring mental and physical stress can do more harm than good. True healing didn’t happen until I shifted my focus to whole-body well-being.
By addressing my mental health, mindset, nutrition, supplementation, and training in a more supportive and balanced way, I was able to restore my health, rebuild trust with my body, and feel strong and confident again. That journey led me to pursue certifications in nutrition and coaching and shaped how I support my clients today.
Now, I help clients create lasting change through personalized strength training, nutrition, and mindset work that still holds them accountable, builds sustainable habits, and fits their real lives. I believe in meeting you where you are — while still pushing you toward growth — so you can build resilience, consistency, and confidence that lasts.
